A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
RiiN is just an extension of how I live — a life by the sea, always creating.
As a part of my creative process, I find myself searching through old photo albums, yearbooks, moments that feel timeless. Much of my Dad and his buddies beach hangs in the ‘70s inspired the products I create today.
Growing up along the coast of Southern California and spending most of my time in the water, I began experimenting with sail material. Once a sail has completed its journey at sea, rather than sit in a land fill, I started collecting sail to give it a new life. Each RiiN product has a piece of recycled sail I hand stitch into it’s fabric as an ode to it’s seaside voyages.
